As an enrolled tribal member of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, Shawn Rolin, Owner and President of Rolin Construction, shares a special relationship with the tribal community. As a contractor, Shawn and the Rolin team, are sensitive to the historical and cultural needs of the tribe, including the special regulations and requirements associated with projects on trust and tribal fee lands. The management team of Rolin understands and complies with all tribal, county, state and federal law. Solid relationships and extensive experience allows Rolin Construction to facilitate vital communications with the various arms of any tribal community to ensure that a project goes smoothly and not only meets but exceeds their expectations.

Rolin Construction is both a contractor to the community and an employer of the community. Self-sufficiency and the continued improvement of the lives of tribal members are of vital importance to our value system. Of the 30 employees, 68% are tribal members, first-generation or spouses of tribal members. The company’s low employee turnover is indicative of job satisfaction.
Giving Back
Rolin Construction actively supports our local community through donations of labor, materials and funds to local non-profits, churches and benefits to members of the tribal community. Sponsorships are also provided for local youth sport organizations, 4H, recreational events, fundraising activities and various scholarships.
