The Creek Travel Plaza is a 10,000 square foot travel center with full restaurant, entaintment lounge, shower rooms, and fueling stations. The facility boasts two of the largest fueling stations in the South East with a very large site and abundant freight parking. The $6M project included all site work, new building construction, fueling canopies, fuel storage tanks, dispensing equipment, and controls. The project consisted of shallow foundations, conventional slab-on-grade, structural steel frame, bar joists, and metal stud infill. The project also featured EIFS/Stone cladding, PVC roof, food service equipment and a walk-in cooler.
