This project consisted of a series of both cosmetic and repair-related exterior improvements to the Holiday Inn Express in Atmore, Alabama. The scope included removal of the existing stone cladding and associative sheathing. In addition, the existing gutter and downspout detail at the roof eave was rebuild. Additional Cosmetic improvements to the building included painting/repainting, improvements to the landscaping throughout the property, and several other improvements.
