Coastal Alabama Community College (formerly Falkner State Community College) was a three phase project. The project consisted of site work and construction of a new IT building, construction of a temporary classroom facility (to accommodate students through the duration of project), and renovations to the Branch and Tyson Building which included removal of exterior building skins, replacement with masonry construction, renovation of building interiors finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, restroom upgrades, and roof replacement.
