Buford L. Rolin Health Clinic

The 65,000 square foot Buford L. Rolin Health Clinic included dental operatories, an audiology suite, exam rooms, x-ray labs, physical therapy areas, office space, record keeping, and common areas. Fast-track construction and ongoing value analysis to keep the project within the construction budget meant very close collaboration between owner, architect, and contractor. The project utilized a unique combination of structural steel and heavy timber trusses to form the main building structure. Starting construction with 35% construction documents, the project was delivered on time and under budget for significant savings to the owner. Project performed with White -Spunner Construction.
