Wind Creek Atmore Hotel Renovation

This ambitious project involved the fast-paced and comprehensive demolition and renovation of 232 hotel rooms and corridors at the 17-story Wind Creek Atmore Hotel and Casino. The renovation encompassed all interior finishes, the installation of select furnishings, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, data and lighting setups, flooring, wall coverings, and complete bathroom upgrades. Each floor featured unique room layouts, including single rooms, double rooms, suites, junior suites, and accessible rooms. The rooms varied in bedroom, living area, and bathroom configurations to cater to diverse guest needs. The project was meticulously phased and coordinated, with 2 to 3 floors completed and handed over to the owner at a time. This approach ensured the hotel remained operational, prioritizing the safety and convenience of all guests throughout the renovation process. During construction, the owners took the initiative to enhance the hotel’s infrastructure significantly. They requested the replacement of all plumbing pipes throughout the hotel with upgraded piping and the installation of cut-off valves at key points. This proactive decision not only improved the overall quality and reliability of the hotel’s plumbing system but also demonstrated the owners’ commitment to providing a superior experience for their guests.
