In 2012, Rolin Construction partnered with Flintco Constructive Solutions and Martin Construction, Inc. to build the $190,000,000 Wind Creek Wetumpka Casino & Hotel, located in Wetumpka, AL.

The project is located on a 20+ acre site overlooking the Coosa River. The casino gaming floor is approximately 125,000 square feet and features over 2,600 gaming machines and a 16,000 gallon aquarium which was featured on Animal Planet’s “Tanked”. The casino is also home to multiple dining venues and an entertainment lounge. The 21 story, 283 luxury room hotel is also topped with a uniquely sloped standing seam roof, edged with color changing LED lighting. The casino and hotel are also complimented with a new 2,500 space, five story, parking structure of approximately 1,000,000 square feet.
