In 2017, Rolin Construction built this new 72,000 square foot Child Youth and Development Center that includes a 10,000 square foot buffet style kitchen/dining facility, classrooms, and youth activity areas.

Structure includes steel frame with metal studs, metal/TPO roof, integrated tornado shelter, drywall interior, and Hardi and masonry wall system.

Rolin Construction performed as prime contractor providing all project management and site superintendence. Rolin Construction self-performed wood blocking, 25% of site concrete work, general labor, and provided miscellaneous specialties.
