Rolin Construction built the new 15,000 square foot Gulf Shores High School Gymnasium, as well as renovated the existing 12,000 square foot locker room and gymnasium. This project consisted of a concrete, steel and masonry construction, new plumbing, mechanical, electrical system, site work, site utilities, along with a new fire protection and fire alarm systems.
