In 2017, Rolin Construction constructed this TownePlace Suites Marriot hotel. It is located next to the OWA Amusement Park and the Sports Complex in Foley Alabama. It is a 150 room, 4 story extended stay hotel. This hotel is complete with an indoor pool, bar, outdoor patio with grill and fire pit, exercise room, and guest laundry. The 4 story hotel is a concrete structure with exterior metal stud framing. The exterior is brick, CMU, an EIFS with a TPO roof.

Marriott's TownePlace suites in Foley is a flagship of Marriott's latest design and the first of its kind. The flagship design was based off the industrial warehouse look and feel.
