The $1.4M renovation to the Wind Creek Hotel in Atmore, Alabama consisted of a complete renovation to 215 hotel rooms and common areas. The work included removal and replacement of all furnishings, flooring, wall coverings, painting, curtains, and millwork. The multi-phased project overcame the challenges of working in an operational/occupied hotel by minimizing customer impact through careful planning and execution of the work while adhering to an aggressive construction schedule. Rolin was able to turn over one hotel floor per week.
